- Mustproduce valid/legal learners permit or valid/legal overseas licence uponinstructors request (Overseas licence holders permanent residency [PR] lessthan 6 months) otherwise your allocated instructor has the right to refuse thelesson/test in which case the session shall be forfeited
- Safefootwear to be worn while driving. Open footwear, (Barefoot) including highheels is deemed unsafe for training and driving test purposes. your allocatedinstructor has the right to refuse the lesson/test in which case the sessionshall be forfeited
- It is essential you check with your instructor for his/her availability prior to booking the driving test with Vicroads. Booking of Drive Test and Changing ofDrive Test Date at Vicroads will be atyour own cost
- Becontactable prior to a driving lesson so the instructor can Whatapps, SMS or Callyou upon arrival at the meeting point if client is not present or contactablefor the commencement of a driving lesson, driving instructors shall wait amaximum of 15 minutes after which the lesson is forfeited
- Ontest day when meeting at nominated Vicroads location arrive at least 15 minutesprior to test or lesson. When meeting at nominated Vicroads location havemobile phone turned on and be reachable so your allocated instructor can findyou. (Note : Phone MUST be switched off during the driving test)
- By offering your test details you have already booked the driving test appointment with Vicroads as we do not book on your behalf.
- On Vicroads practical drive test day have all relevant documentation (including Vicroads appointment receipt, valid Hazard Perception Test (HPT) documents, Eyewear and Log book) relating to your personal circumstances and meet the Vicroads criteria and as specified by the Vicroads testing officer/managementon the day (call Vicroads 131171 or go to official website). If the Vicroads officer/management does not accept your documents(including insufficient documents) or you do not meet their criteria and the test is rejected we do not offer any refunds or discounts on further bookings
- OnVicroads practical drive test day have corrective Eye Wear (if applicable)
- OnVicroads practical drive test day have log book meet the expectation of the Vicroads testing officer (if applicable)
- OverseasDrivers – present valid overseas licence and supporting documents required byVicroads
- The driving instructor has the right to postpone or cancelthe lesson when they deem necessary.
- If the Vicroads officer/management does not accept your documents or you do not meet their criteria and the test is rejected the session with your instructor ends. The practical drive test portion of the booking cannot be exchanged for a driving lesson
- 24hour notice is required for cancellation/postponement or change of pickup location of lesson via phone call 0425860939 or email to ezdrive@gmail.com isrequired to better service all customers or lesson shall be forfeited
- 24hour notice of cancellation/postponement of Vicroads practical drive test via email to ezdrive@gmail.com is required to better service all customers or the test and any lessons prior to the test shall be forfeited
- The same lesson of a package may be postponed/cancelled a maximum of 2 times otherwise lesson shall be forfeited (24 hour notice required)
